What forms of payment do you currently accept? We accept the following payment methods:

Paypal
Simply add items to your cart, and checkout via Paypal's secure server. PayPal is the easiest way to send/receive payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, please visit www.paypal.com. It will guide you thru the set-up process. It only takes minutes. PayPal can be linked to MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover card. Buyers pay no fee.

I was emailed (or received a card in the mail) with a discount promotion. How do I make sure I receive the discount? You will have an opportunity at check-out to input the discount code. The check-out process will automatically apply your discount providing you have complied with the minimum purchase amount.

Can I order if I live outside the United States? Yes. While our website is currently configured for U.S. shipping, you can email us at pighuntah@hawaii.rr.com with the specifics and we will give you a shipping quote. If you want to go through with the transaction, we will send you an invoice via PayPal. Please note that not all items can be shipped outside the U.S. (e.g., Hawaiian plants and cuttings) due to country restrictions.

How soon after I place my order do you ship? Since Hawaii is up to 5 hours behind the U.S. mainland, we have an up-to-5 hour advantage to get your order out. Your work day may be coming to an end, but it's still noon in Hawaii and Pighuntah is busy getting your order out. If PayPal payment is received by noon, your order most likely ships that day. What is your Refund/Exchange Policy? We want you to be happy. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within three (3) business days. We will refund or exchange (your preference) less shipping cost.

In the case of our Hawaiian tropical plants and seeds, we guarantee that your Hawaiian tropicals will be fresh and alive upon arrival (we receive weekly shipments to ensure freshness). But we cannot make any refunds or exchanges or guarantees of your ability to grow them or that they will thrive in your region. Please purchase with this in mind.

If an item is damaged in transit, we will require a digital picture of the damage within three (3) days of arrival. The item may or may not be required to be sent back. Please contact us for instructions.

Do you offer quantity discounts? Yes. For quantities of 6 or more, please email us at pighuntah@hawaii.rr.com and we can work out a discount for you.

Do you Drop Ship? Yes. While we don't offer gift wrapping, we can ship directly to your recipient. We can enclose a notecard with your message, if you like. Drop shipping will save you time and you avoid having to pay for shipping twice (to you and then on to your recipient).

Is Pighuntah a real person? Yes! And she loves pigs and all animals. The name was taken from a spoof done by a local comedy team here in Hawaii on the Molokai pig hunters. Years ago, while selecting an eBay ID, the name "Pighuntah" came up. After thousands of feedback from satisfied customers of Pighuntah, it kind of stuck and became our brand and the second part of the name was added: The Deal Huntah. So we became Pighuntah the Hawaiian Deal Huntah.

Does Pighuntah support charitable contributions? Pighuntah's favorite charity is the St. Jude Children's Hospital. A portion of every sale from this website is donated to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
